Nancy Chinnock had a love for cake decorating early on as she provided all of the cakes for family functions.This love led her to start up a retail cake bakery in the Washington DC metropolitan area 35 years ago. Having recently relocating, she has  brought her talent to the triangle area and opened up a new cake bakery.

Our facility is inspected, certified and licensed as required by the N.C. Dept. of Agriculture.

​

She is proud to have provided specialty cakes for a number of clients, including actors, authors, celebrities, politicians.... even the President of the United States.

​

She is also proud to have represented the Mid-Atlantic area's cake decorators in     the inaugural Retail Bakers of America decorating competition held in 2010 in     Washington DC, where she placed first in the national Wedding Cake division.
